How it works

Three steps from rubber duck to road trip.

  1. Get the free app

    Download DuckTrails for iPhone or Android and create your account. You'll need a phone with NFC.

  2. Name and tag your duck

    Create a duck profile with a name, photo and personality, then write it to an NFC sticker on the duck using the app.

  3. Duck a Jeep and follow along

    Leave it on a Jeep. Every time someone scans it, another stop is added to its journey — with the miles added up for you.

Each scan drops a pin on your duck's map and adds up the distance it has travelled.

Get a notification when someone finds and scans one of your ducks.
